The WSCCC development will support and complement the existing Penrith Rugby League Club business, the Penrith community and improve the service offering for members, guests and community participants.
Our ARA Mechanical Project Manager kindly walked us through the new car park area where we have installed and supplied all exhaust equipment. We then made our way to the premier conference centre / bar / café and huge back end kitchen area. Once completed, the centre will have a capacity to hold 1000 guests. The back-end kitchen has been installed with commercial size exhaust fans and air conditioning units. Next was the four-star Pullman Hotel consisting of 153 rooms installed with linear slot grills throughout the corridors and linear bar grills in all rooms.
Our Design Team are now completing commissioning and fire rated quality assurance testing.
Lastly, we were taken to the roof top that houses all AHU, PAC units, energy recovery ventilator (ERV) which assists in adjusting the temperatures and cater to the inland location and extreme weather conditions.
