Custom design solutions

To control the indoor climate and ensure a comfortable and healthy environment to all occupants, our ARA Mechanical designers assess the building’s size, layout, and use, as well as the local climate conditions and environmental regulations. The design team will then determine the heating and cooling loads for the building, which is the amount of heat that needs to be added or removed to maintain the desired temperature and humidity levels.

Based on these measures, the team will choose the appropriate HVAC equipment, such as boilers, chillers, air handling units, and ductwork to determine the best location for each component. They will also select the type of control system needed to regulate the temperature and humidity levels.
